The final results tell us about the essential influence of the genetic part in infertility. In the primary infertility group the chromosome quantity changes prevailed and in secondary – structural. It was observed a significant rising of the unstable chromosomes aberration and in 8,5 % - microdeletions in Y-chromosome in males with spermatogenesis infringement. It was determined, that immunogenetic markers of secondary infertility, caused by accustomed miscarriages in I trimester were HLA-antigens A10, B41 and B38. It was confirmed, that presence of common HLA-antigens in marital couples and increase of high expression GG-genotupes SNP –1082 G>A пІЛ–10 was prognostically unfavourable for running of pregnancy. It is expected, that IL-10 gene may be active in pathogenesis of accustomed miscarriages.

Series of crosses of parental forms differing in resistance level was carried out at the V.M.Remeslo Myronivka Institute of Wheat for creation of winter wheat breeding material with group resistance against causal agent of main leaf diseases when using ACIB of pathogens. In hybrid combinations inheritance of the trait depended on maternal cytoplasm, therefore in crosses for resistance against group of diseases variety with group resistance should be involved as maternal form.

The snogM and snogL genes were subcloned from nogalamycin biosynthesis cluster. A set of plasmid constructions, caring snoM and snoL fragments, were used for heterological gene expression in the S. еchinatus and S. peucetius strains. These vectors were transferred into aranciamycin and doxorubicin producers using bacterial conjugation. It was found that S. еchinatus pKC1218EsnogM strain produced a novel compound. This fact is a result of the aranciamycin molecule modification by the expression of snogM gene in S. еchinatus.

Crossings between normal budgerigars and birds with rare mutations of the plumage colour: greywing, cinnamon and spangle, – have been analyzed. It has been shown, that use of the mutant birds does not change significantly average quantity of the nestlings in the clutch. It has been found, that the average quantity of the eggs in the clutch in the control group is 6,90. Significant increase of the eggs quantity in the clutch to 8,83 has been observed in the crossings between greywing males and normal heterozygous females, to 8,47 in the crossings between normal heterozygous males, and cinnamon females, and also to 8,35 in the crossings between cinnamon males and normal females.

Heat-dependent activity of guaiacol peroxidase in Apx2 knock-out mutants of Arabidopsis

Changes in guaiacol peroxidase (POD) activity upon heat shock were tested wild type plants of Arabidopsis and in two lineages of ascorbate peroxidase 2 (Apx2) knock-out mutants. After 2 hours of moderate heat treatment (37°C) 27-36% increase of POD activity was found; no significant difference between the wild type plants and knock-out mutants was observed. Upon severe heat shock the effect was better pronounced: after 2 hours treatment at 44°C POD activity was 60 and 77% higher in two lineages of knock-out mutants but only 16% higher in wild type plants comparing to the control probes incubated at room temperature. The data indicate that POD appears to be involved in the heat stress response and can functionally compensate the loss of APX activity.

On the selective medium with toxic concentration of tungstate oxyanions the resistant cell lines of soybean cv.Kievskaya-27 were obtained. The selected clones demonstrate their resistance more than five years. It was investigated the growth of W-resistant lines during their cultivations on various selective media: with the addition of tungstane or vanadium oxyanios and potassium chlorate. These lines retained the normal growth under stress pressure of any agent. The clones proliferation on selective media with only nitrate form of the nitrogen is a possible mark of the selection of the new type of the nitrate reductase.
